Juice for Inflammation

Ingredients

2-3 carrots

1 green apple

1 handful of pineapple, optional for extra boost

1 lemon

1 inch turmeric

1 inch ginger

water

Directions

Peel lemon and orange and add to blender

Add unpeeled carrot, ginger, turmeric

Cover with water and blend until smooth


 
Strain using a nylon nut bag or strainer of your choice

Pour over ice and enjoy!

Lasts up to 3 days in the fridge.
