Strawberry Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries, the smaller the sweeter!

  • honey or sweetener of your choice

  • plant milk of your choice

  • ice

Directions

  1. Cut off strawberry leaves and any white parts

  2. Muddle or blend strawberries with honey

  3. Heat strawberries in saucepan for 5 minutes (optional, enhances flavor)

  4. Let cool

  5. Add to a glass

  6. Add ice

  7. Add milk

  8. Mix and add more honey if needed

Notes

  • the order of the directions is important for a gradient effect
