In case you’re feeling lazy I have a DIY Almond Kit, all you need is a water and a blender!

Ingredients
32oz jar or container
2 cups of raw almonds
5 cups of water
3-4 medjool dates, honey, or sweetener of your choice
Directions
Add almonds to a large jar and fill with water
Soak for at least 24 hours int eh fridge, the longer the better, sometimes I soak for up to 3 days
Drain, rinse, and add almonds to a blender (you can also blend it with the old water but I prefer new water)
Cover almonds with water, add dates, and blend until smooth
Strain using a nylon nut bag or a strainer of your choice
If milk is too thick for your liking, simply add more water
Add more sweetener if needed
Lasts about 4 days in the fridge
Separation is natural, shake well before serving
