DIY Almond Milk

  • In case you’re feeling lazy I have a DIY Almond Kit, all you need is a water and a blender!

Ingredients
  • 32oz jar or container

  • 2 cups of raw almonds

  • 5 cups of water

  • 3-4 medjool dates, honey, or sweetener of your choice

Directions
  1. Add almonds to a large jar and fill with water

  2. Soak for at least 24 hours int eh fridge, the longer the better, sometimes I soak for up to 3 days

  3. Drain, rinse, and add almonds to a blender (you can also blend it with the old water but I prefer new water)

  4. Cover almonds with water, add dates, and blend until smooth

  5. Strain using a nylon nut bag or a strainer of your choice

  6. If milk is too thick for your liking, simply add more water

  7. Add more sweetener if needed

  8. Lasts about 4 days in the fridge

  9. Separation is natural, shake well before serving

enjoy!
