Respiratory Support TEA

If you're in the tri-state area you may be experiencing severe air pollution due to the Canada wildfires. Below is a recipe that will support you respiratory system. It's similar to the Original Caribbean Remedy but with a twist! Both can work. Wishing you all the best!


a handful of

  • smashed garlic + peels

  • ginger

  • lime peels

  • thyme

  • rosemary

  • bay leaves

a pinch of

  • turmeric powder

  • bay leaves

  • cloves


1. Fill a large or medium sized pot with water

2. Bring to a boil

3. Add ingredients and boil on high for about 15 minutes

4. Stirring occasionally with good vibes

5. Turn off heat and cover immediately

6. Let steep for a short moment

7. Strain and serve with fresh lime juice and honey

  • it can stay covered on the stove top unstrained for about 2-3 days

  • warm up as needed

  • can be enjoyed as an iced tea
