The measurements for this recipe are very flexible.
2 cups of plant milk of your choice, view my oat milk recipe here
1.5 tbsp of matcha
1 tbs of dried rose petals
2 cups of water
Bring a cup of water to a boil and let cool
Add matcha to a cup and pour in cooled boiled water
The water can still be hot but not piping hot so the matcha doesn't burn
Mix until matcha is completely dissolved, a wisk or matcha wisk is best
Add second cup of water to sauce pan with rose petals and boil for about 7 minutes
Strain rose water and add honey while hot
Fill a tall glass with ice and fill half way with milk
Add matcha slowly to milk (for gradient effect)
Add a bit more milk and top with rose water (for gradient effect)
Stir and enjoy!
